PHOTO SESSION
A photo shoot with me is so much more than posing a smile for a few photos. My work is for the couples who aren’t afraid to get their clothes a little dirty, want to have beautiful and epic backdrops, and want their photo shoot to be an adventurous experience they won’t forget. Together, we will brainstorm a list of epic locations that we can go, along with tips on what to wear and bring, so that you feel fully prepared and can focus on each other.
Typically these sessions last 90 minutes, sometimes a bit longer if there is some walking required to get to the best view. In Southern California, some of my favorite spots for an adventure or engagement shoot to go is Malibu Creek State Park, El Matador, Joshua Tree, Angeles Crest Forest, and Abalone Cove. As well as various beaches along the coast, like Huntington Beach, Newport, Santa Monica, and Malibu.

things you should know
Once your photos are ready to view, I will send the images through an online gallery that you can order prints, share with family and friends, and download directly to your computer.
Every session and wedding package that I offer includes a ‘Print & Personal Rights’ form. This release form states that you have the right to order prints through the printing company of your choice.
The amount of photos you'll receive is an estimate based off the amount of hours you hire me to photograph. I don’t put a cap on the amount of images that I deliver. If there is a good image from your wedding day or session, I want you to have it! You can expect to receive a minimum of 50 images per hour.
I have a handful of incredible second shooters who I rotate through based off availability, as most have their own photography companies.
Engagement sessions takes about 2 weeks to receive.
A wedding 4-8 weeks, depending on the season.

Once you're ready to book, Hop over to my contact page and tell me about yourself, and what type of session you're interested in.
Once you contact me and we nail down a location and date, I will send over a contract to sign. It is a 50% retainer fee of the total package price to reserve your date.
Whether you've been in front of the camera a hundred times, or this is your first photo shoot together, I've got your back. I will help direct with posing and prompts, but most importantly I want the images to reflect your connection.
You can expect to receive a variety of posed, candid, playful, intimate images in your gallery. Below are some examples of what you can expect in your final gallery.
After our session together, I'll spend 10+ hours editing and perfecting each image that you'll receive. Once the gallery is ready (about two weeks) I will send a link to a high res gallery where you can view, download the files and order prints.

How Do I Officially Book You?Head over to my contact page – give me some details about who you are, where, when & what you would like me to photograph. Once we confirm that I’m available for your date, all I need is your e-signature on my contract + 50% of the package price and I’m all yours! Throughout your planning process, my door is always open to any questions you might have about the timeline, photo ideas, and any other details you want to discuss.

Where Are You Located? Will You Travel to Me?I’m based out of Los Angeles, California – but travel is my love language! My work has brought me all across the U.S. as well is international work all across the world. For Domestic photo projects, the client pay for two nights lodging + flight + rental car when applicable for out of state weddings. Please reach out for a custom quote for all international travel.

How Long Have You Photographed Couples?12 years! Born and raised in Missouri, photography allowed me to photograph weddings all across the Midwest from 2010 - 2017. In 2017, I moved from Kansas City to Los Angeles, and have been photographing love on the beach and in the mountains ever since. I have photographed over 400 photo shoots and 300 weddings.

What is Your Turn Around Time?You will receive images from a photo session in 2-3 weeks, weddings in about 5 – 6. I can provide sneak peeks upon request!

Can I Print Photos On My Own?Correct! Every package I offer includes the rights to print and share the images at your leisure. This means once you receive the high res images, you can print, share, and create as many albums as your heart desires. I do offer professional prints and albums that I highly recommend for the best quality – including custom album design and canvas prints.

How Many Hours Do I Get You For?Photo sessions range from 1-2 hours, depending on the location. A wedding day is a minimum of 6 hours. Most of my couples choose the 8-10 hour packages, depending on their specific needs.

How Many Images Will I Receive? Do you give RAW photos?A lot! I deliver all images taken with the exception of duplicate + test photos. There is no cap on the images delivered. If there is a great photo taken, I believe that you deserve to have it. I enhance all images delivered to match my editing style that you see throughout my website. All images are delivered in JPEG format for easy printing! You can expect 60-100 image from an engagement session, and 500-900 image from a wedding.

I promise to help direct you in the best lighting and flattering angles, but my true aim is to capture your relationship, the way you interact, and the love you both share together. No need to feel like you know exactly what you’re doing, I'll help you along the way. Just relax, enjoy the process, be in the moment, and we will create some beautiful photos together.
